Refund policy
Please note, we charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges.
Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your package to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you must contact us at support@daretobarelingerie.com.
If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be legally returned due to hygiene and other issues:
- Panties
- Hosiery
- Teddies
- Bodysuits
- Any garment with a crotch
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Original shipping fees
Exchanges:
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have and make a separate, new, purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return to let you know if the return is approved. If approved, the item cost will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your credit card company to process and post the refund.
